Residents from Anelay Road reporting criminal damage taking place in the area, with kids hanging about on the streets at all hours, being abusive and causing harrassment, alarm and distress to residents.

We did: 

21.09.2011 - Due to ongoing issues on Anelay Road, at this evenings PACT Meeting it was agreed that Anelay Road/St. Peters Road would become a PACT Priority.  PCSO's are to remain in regular contact with residents of Anelay Road.  A meeting is already arranged for next week between SYP, DMBC and Northern Counties to set about resolving the issues.

22.09.2011 Patrolled by South Yorkshire Police throughout shift. We responded to 2 reported incidents of youths congregating in the alleyway and smashing glass. On arrival no youths were seen and no smashed glass could be found.

23.09.2011 Patrolled throughout the day by both South Yorkshire Police and Area Officers from DMBC. There was one reported incident of a group of mixed males and females on skateboards. We attended and spoke to the group. They were advised about keeping noise down due to young families in the area.

25.09.2011 An incident was reported about youths gathering in the alleyway. This was attended by DMBC Neighbourhood Response Team which is made up of Council Officers and PCSO's. They patrol the whole of the Doncaster Borough and will attend Police incidents when the local Safer Neighbourhood Team is unavailable to do so.

26.09.2011 Patrolled throughout the day by Area Officers from DMBC, the area was quiet and in a good state of cleanliness.

27.09.2011 Patrolled throughout the day by both South Yorkshire Police and DMBC Area Officers.

28.09.2011 A multi-Agency meeting was held to establish a plan of action to resolve the issues on Anelay Road and St.Peters Road. Attendees included respresentatives from South Yorkshire Police, DMBC, Guiness Northern Counties and St.Leger Homes. These multi-agency meetings will be held regularly as Safer Neighbourhood Teams (SNTs) are designed to work as a joint partnership. SNTs are made up of mutliple agencies who work closely to solve community and quality of life issues.

29.09.2011 Patrolled By South Yorkshire Police in response to an incident reporting youths smoking illegal drugs in the area. An extensive search was carried out but no youths were found and nothing incriminating could be smelled.

30.09.2011 A number of concerns were raised about noise in the area. If you have any problems with noise please report to DMBC 01302 736000 during office hours or contact NRT out of hours on 01302 341628. On friday and Saturday nights DMBC also run a party patrol starting at 9pm each night and working until 3am, these can be contacted on 07917234660.

01.10.2011 The area was patrolled throughout the day by South Yorkshire Police. All was peaceful.

04.10.2011 The area was patrolled throughout the night by NRT no incidents were reported and no noise was witnessed.

05.10.2011 A second multi-agency meeting was held. It was agreed at this meeting that Domehwak cameras were required in the area and suitable locations were mapped. An application for these cameras has also been submitted. A number of issues were reported concerning positioning of private CCTV cameras. 2 addresses were visited and both were given appropriate advise.

07.10.2011 South Yorkshire Police patrolled the area. Nothing was seen and no incidents were reported.

11.10.2011 - The area was patrolled throughout the shift. There was nothing seen during this time and no reports recieved. South Yorkshire Police Domehawk Cameras were also fitted on the street.

12.10.2011 - Area patrolled the street was all quiet. Nothing seen.

13.10.2011 - Area patrolled on cycle and in marked vehicles. Nothing seen.

14.10.2011 - Area patrolled on both cycle and marked vehicles. Nothing seen and still no reports recieved since 4th October.

17.10.2011 - Area patrolled on cycle and in marked vehicles. Nothing seen. Area also patrolled by NRT at 20:44 nothing seen/heard.

18.10.2011 - Area patrolled on cycle and in marked vehicles. 2 people were spoken to at 21:00hrs but no problems were noted.

19.10.2011 - Area patrolled by NRT at 19:32 nothing seen/heard.

21.10.2011 - Area patrolled by SYP on cycles, nothing seen/heard.

23.10.2011 - Area patrolled by NRT at 02:19. Nothing seen/heard.

24.10.2011 - Area patrolled by local area officers, nothing seen/heard. Area also patrolled by NRT at 20:40 nothing seen/heard.

26.10.2011 - Area patrolled at 19:46 by NRT nothing seen/heard.

27.10.2011 - Area patrolled by NRT at 16:11. Nothing seen/heard.

28.10.2011 - At this evenings PACT Meeting it was agreed that this PACT priority would be discharged.
