PCSO’s Eschoe and Moseley conducted a reassurance visit to a property on Queensberry Road, which was subjected to Criminal Damage. The local beat officers also conducted numerous home visits to a group of youths that have been suggested causing ASB including criminal damage. Details taken and further police involvement to be conducted throughout the next couple of weeks.

PC’s Fisher, Payne, PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley attended a police incident on Montrose Avenue after a report of nuisance neighbours. Incident resolved after discussion between both parties.

Most people liked the area but a dislike that six households mentioned was litter from the school kids mainly Danum but also Plover.

Special Constables, PCSO’s and First Mainline bus company conducted a Police operation utilising a double Decker bus around the Intake area. Officers was looking into ASB and criminal activity that has previously been directed towards South Yorkshire Buses. From this operation x1 youth stopped and details taken regarding ASB.

26.01.12 - PCSO's have today carried out door to door around the Dublin Road area in Intake to find out if there were any other issues regarding anti-social behaviour in the alleyway. Groups of teenagers have been observed drinking and smoking around the area during the early evenings and behaving in a rowdy manner.

At 21.00hrs 15 youths were seen on Beckett Rd near the bus stop o/s Unity Flats. They were dispersed and split up only to be found in separate groups back on Ripon Ave and Chester Rd. Patrols where conducted by all staff on the SNT either on foot or mobile patrol in the area.

06.01.12 - Between the hours of 8am and 5pm PCSO's Eschoe and Moseley have carried out high visibility cycle patrols in the TownMoor area, focusing on patrolling up and down the alleyways and surrounding streets.
09.01.12 - PCSO Moseley and PCSO Eschoe have carried out high visibility cycle patrols dring shift hours from 1pm until 10pm today. Focus was on patrolling along local alleyways and streets. A local member of the community was visited and spoken to with regard to burglaries which have occured in the area.
10.01.12 - PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley have carried out cycle patrols from the hours of 1pm until 10pm along the alleyways and streets across the TownMoor area. Local shop owners have been visited and spoken to, and several youths that had congregated outside a local shop were spoken to and moved on from the area. A motorbike that was observed being ridden on the TownFields was also seized by local officers during this time. A female which has also been observed to be parking across local residents driveways has been spoken to advised accordingly.
11.01.12 - Between the hours of 1pm and 10pm local officers, PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley have conducted high visibility cycle patrols across the TownMoor area, including alleys and streets. During this time two youths were observed riding bikes along the alleyways; after which the relevant information was submitted.
13.01.12 - The area was extensively patrolled between the hours of 1pm and 10pm by PC Fisher and PCSO's Moseley and Eschoe. During the course of the day a suspicious vehicle was observed to be parked up in an alleyway. The vehicle and its owner was searched as a result and relevant information was later submitted.
17.01.12 - PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley have conducted high visibility cycle patrols throughout the shift between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Local residents on Craithie Road and surrounding streets have been spoken to and advised about crime prevention tactics following burglaries in the area.

At 16:50 hours staff at the Coop lands on Sandringham Road, Intake contacted the council. The report was youth nuisance outside, Officers attended but the youths were no longer there. Reassurance was given to the manager/staff and an area search was carried out to no gain.

20/11/11 - 2 x Warrants in relation to drugs carried out in the area. National Intelligence report submitted, 1 x arrest for breach of the peace.
22/11/11 - Mobile patrol conducted by Wheatley SNT during day shift – alleyways checked. No issues of note. Patrols conducted by staff on extended duties till 2200hrs.
22/11/11 - From council - at 00:30 hours, outside a house on Stanhope Road area officers found 11 black bins bags of household waste, an old carpet and a record player dumped at this location. A search of the bags was made no evidence was found.
23/11/11 - 2 incidents attended on Carlton rd. Patrols in area made by PCs and PCSOs.
24/11/11 - Wheatley area PACT Meeting 6.30pm. It was decided to keep this issue as a Priority for the following month.
01/12/11 - Officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood team, British Transport Police and South Yorkshire Travel Bus company conducted patrols in the area from 6pm to 9pm. No were seen to be acting suspicious or involved in any criminal activities.
Further update - PC Robb, Buddle, PCSO Cooke and Langstaff worked 3 pm – 4 am around the Wheatley and Urban area. Area thoroughly patrolled. PCSO Cooke Issued A red Warning Letter and Yellow Warning letter to local youths. This was issued at home address with parent present.
02.12.11 - Afternoon patrol– Mobile patrol made by PCSO Kirk and Cooke. A number of reassurance visits were made. Evening - Operation Stay Safe was conducted between times 6 pm - 10 pm throughout the urban area. Wheatley Area patrolled by PC, PCSO Stay Safe results - 73 Children engaged with, 4500 m l alcohol seized, 40 hours patrolled, 5 incidents , 3 x arrested. No youths returned home / place of safety.
03.12.11 Information from Council NRT at 23:35 Near to the PACT area incident reported that youths drinking, smoking and causing noise nuisance – NRT officers made a foot patrol within the area but there was no one seen at the location.
04.12.11 - Information received from NRT that a report was received of youths were throwing objects at passing cars,. A patrol was made at 19:35 and there was no youths found.
04.12.11 Information from NRT that they had received a noise nuisance report from an address on Stanhope Road. A home visit was made at 21:30 and the occupant spoken to and advised. The music was turned down and would be turned off – a Noise nuisance letter issued to the occupant.
05.12.11 - 8 Youths engaged with within the Wheatley area – all advised.
06.12.11 - PCSO Cooke and Kirk made bike patrol within the PACT area from 11 – 12 hours. No incidents reported at that time.
07.12.11 - Between times of 15 00 – 1700 a mobile patrol was made by PCSO Cooke and Kirk no incidents passed to SNT in this time.
08.12.11 - Various patrols were made in the Pact Area SNT worked an 0800 x 1700 no incidents passed to SNT.
09.12.11 - Cranbrook Rd and Junction with Stanhope Road were Core Sampled in relation to complaints regarding drug activity. A handful of residents were in and 3 complaints of drug dealings – Intelligence Reports completed. Please see attached Word Document below which was used for the Core Sampling. 12.12.11 From Neighborhood Response Team (NRT)– 20:30 hrs patrolled Cranbrook area and no reports were received. SNT worked 15:00 x 0400 shift which including extensive patrols within the Wheatley area during the shift there were no incidents passed to SNT.
13.12.11 NRT at 13.05 patrolled the area.No incidents of note in the area of Cranbrooke.
14.12.11 SNT worked various shifts.During patrols the alleyways where patrolled for street drinkers and fly tipping in the rear alleys.1xre assurance visited and no other incidents of note.

21.12.11 - Cannibis factory dismantled at an address on Stanhope road by SNT officers.
22.12.11 - From NRT that a patrol was made at 11:22 am and at 10:00 pm with no reports received at this time. But whilst in the area a dumped TV was seen and reported for clearing and a patrol made in a nearby alleyway whereby 26 + bins had been knocked over and domestic waste everywhere. No youths seen in the area.

29.12.11 - High visibility patrols by SNT officers on bikes and in vehicles made throughout the shift in and around the area and surrounding streets.

04.01.12 - PCSO Kirk and Cooke between 1530 and 1640 made mobile patrol within the area Cranbrook Road and Stanhope Road. Engaged with resident from Stanhope road.
09.01.12 - PCSO Kirk and Cooke between times of 1545 and 1630 made bike patrol in the residential area and carried out reassurance visit.
11.01.12 - Resident of Cranbrooke Road, reported suspicious males in the area at 4.30pm.Area searched at 4.40pm.Males not seen.

13.01.12 - At approx 17:40 Off Road bike was seen by PCSO within the area of Strafford Road, Morely Road, Lowther Road. Mobile patrol took place but the bike made off and lost sight. If anyone knows any information regarding the bike please contact the police/ safer neighbourhood team.
17.01.12 - One police Incident reported for Criminal Damage of a vehicle on Stanhope Road.Re assurance carried out. 18.01.12 - Urban PCSO were engaged majority of the shift with traffic duties due to police incident New Bridge.
20.01.12 - PCSO Kirk and Cooke made mobile patrol along Stanhope Road and Cranbrook Road 16:00 hours 2 youths engaged with. PCSO Kirk and Langstaff on bike patrol within the Wheatley area from 19:30 hrs.
21.01.12 Warrant executed at an address on 72 Stanhope Road, Wheatley whereby drugs paraphernalia were recovered.
25.01.12 - PCSO Cooke made a bike patrol along the street and alleyway at 16:30. 2 youths were engaged with but not causing any problems. Reassurance visit made near the area. Evening - 1 male arrested on Lockwood Road after being stop searched and found in possession of an amount of cannabis – male has been charged with this offence.
26.01.12 - At tonights PACT Meeting it was decided that this would remain as a PACT priority but also include streets Jubilee and Lockwood Road.
31.01.12 Pcso 8073 Langstaff and Pcso 8276 Butterfield conducted cycle patrol through all the alleyways from 12.50hrs till 13.15hrs,spoke to two males in the alleyway.Residents of Lockwood Road.
31.01.12 - The area was patrolled twice today by NRT. They patrolled the streets at 14:15 and 20:50. It was all quiet on both occasions.
02.02.12 - PCSO’s have been around the area today and conducted core sampling on Lockwood Road and Beckett Road. Only 2 residents mentioned drug dealing (both saying they hadn’t witnessed anything themselves but they had heard from other people there were drug dealers in the area) and 2 mentioned ASB. Namely children playing football in the street and kicking balls at windows and cars.
04.02.12 - Business along Jubilee Road contact police reporting a drunk male at 01:18 – police attended and conducted a area search – no one seen.
06.02.12 - Patrols conducted in the area throughout afters shifts 1 pm – 2200 hours. At 20:00 hours a male who is known to police was spoken too. Checks conducted throughout the alleyway – all clear.
08.02.12 - PCSOs made a high visibility patrol in the area between times of 15:00-15:30 hours and group of youths spoken to not causing any issues.
09.02.12 - Mobile patrols was made by PCSOs during afters shifts. Area was patrolled particular due to the snow and snowballing incidents however none were reported for cranbook, Stanhope, Jubilee, Lockwood rd whilst on duty. 1 reassurance visit made on Jubilee Road – council informed regarding environmental issues stemming from the alleyway.
10.02.12 - Patrol was made during times of 19:30-20:30 within the area – are appeared quiet.
13.02.12 - PCSO Cooke and Kirk made mobile patrol between 1400 x 17:00 spoke to a number of residents and children – not causing any issues. Business Watch conducted at Business along Beckett Road.
14.02.12 - 17.02.12 - Due to a serious incident occurring in the Urban area, all Officers from your SNT were engaged in other duties this week.
17.02.12 - PCSO Cooke and Kirk conducted bike patrols at approx 17:30. Spoke to a resident regarding Neighbourhood Watch meeting to be arranged for Jubilee Road.
18.02.12 - PCSO Cooke and Butterfield conducted bike patrols at 14:00 – 15:00 x 4 Cans of lager were confiscated from drunk males in the alleyway of Jubilee Road / St Marys – all males were moved on from the area.
23.02.12 - At tonights meeting it was decided that this priority would be kept but changed slightly to drug related ASB.
24.02.12 - 9pm - Patrols by the Neighbourhood Responce Team in the area, observed 3 female acting suspiciously. Officers detained and spoke to the 3 and after smelling canabis, called for Police Officers to attend and search them. No drugs found on this occassion and suitable advice given.
24.02.12 - 9.15pm - Continued patrols of the area resulted in 1 male being spoken to. Details taken and moved on from the area.
27.02.12 - Pcso Cooke and Pcso Langstaff conducted cycle patrols in the area from 10.40hrs till 12.00hrs.From the PACT meeting a vehicle was mentioned with no tax.This vehicle has been issued with a CLE 2/6 and sent through to DVLA.Two vehicles where advised regarding parking on Beckett Road on Double yellow lines. Alley Ways patrolled and dumped rubbish on Lowther Road reported to DMBC.It was also the first day of the Hit Squad in and around Morley Road.
28.02.12 - PCSO'S made extensive patrol throughout the residents area. Alleyways were checked and residents spoken to.
29.02.12 - PCSO Butterfield and PCSO Langstaff conducted patrols in the area today. They also completed cycle patrosl through backings.
01.03.12 - Cycle patrols were conducted around the area today by PCSO Butterfield and PCSO Langstaff. Reassurance visits were also completed to residents who have been victims of crime.
02.03.12 - Extensive patrols conducted by PCSO Kirk and PCSO Cooke. Follow up visits were conducted for the reassurances from yesterday and a number of residents were engaged with.
05.03.12 - Pcso Langstaff and Pcso Kirk,conducted patrols in the area.Reported dumped rubbish in the alleyway on Lowther Road,collected on same day by DMBC.No reports of crime in the area.The vehicle on Beckett Road that was reported to Pcso Cooke has now moved.
07.03.12 - Pcso Kirk and Pcso Langstaff,Patrols conducted in early evening.Spoke to a group 4 kids stood on the corner of Lockwood Road.Not doing anything,moved them on from the area.
09.03.12 NRT Officers observed a group of 3 males and 1 female stood outside the shop, the female was seen drinking a can of lager as we passed but put it inside her coat. Officers advised the female that she had been witnessed drinking alcohol in a DPPO and that she must pour it away, which she did.
15.03.12 Cycle patrols conducted by Pcso’s in the area from 09.30hrs .One vehicle was reported to DVLA for having no tax on the vehicle.All alleyways patrolled in and around the area.
21.03.12 PCSO Butterfield conducted cycle patrols around the area today. No anti-social behaviour was witnessed. 1 resident was engaged with who had no issues to report.
22.03.12 PCSO's Kirk and Cooke conducted mobile patrols around the area today at 12 noon and again at 14:30. 3 people were engaged with.
23.03.12 PCSO's Butterfield and Cooke conducted mobile patrol in the area today around 12:30. No anti-social behaviour was witnessed.
26.03.12 PCSO's Butterfield and Cooke conducted patrols around the area. An number of residents were engaged with who had no concerns to report.
27.03.12 PCSO Cooke conducted a reassurance visit in the area today. Also a KIN was engaged with on JUbilee Road. She raised concerns about the number of people congrgegating in the alleyways (particularly to the rear of Jubilee Road). They are reported to be drinking and taking drugs whilst there. A Jubilee neighbourhood watch meeting has been arranged for next week.
28.03.12 PCSO's Butterfield and Langstaff patrolled the area today. 2 reassurance visits were conducted on Carlton Road.
29.03.12 It was decided at the PACT Meeting held this evening, that due to continuing problems in this area that this prioirty would be extended and continued for another month

15.04.12 - Following intelligence received regarding drugs PC 74 Roberts carried out a Stop Search on a car and the driver / occupant on Jubilee Road, Negative results / nothing found.
18.04.12 - Information from Neighbourhood Response Team that they had received two calls complaining about loud music being played at property on Jubilee Road during the early hours of the morning. NRT attended and spoken to occupant – Council Environmental Health have been notified.
18.04.12 - Pcso Cooke and Pcso Butterfield conducted footpatrol between 4pm and 5pm.A resident spoken too on Lockwood Road. Cannabis Cultivation on Stanhope Road located and dismantled.
19.08.12 - PCSO Cooke and PCSO Langstaff conducted both cycle and mobile patrol of the area throughout the shift.
20.04.12 - PCSO Cooke and PCSO Langstaff conducted mobile patrol in the area throughout their shift. They also conducted a visit to an address in the area and offered crime prevention advice.
