22.02.12 - At the PACT meeting it was decided that this would be a PACT priority for Hyde Park.

23.02.12 - PCSO Quinn and PC Wood have been on the estate today to speak to St Leger staff and residents about issues happening on the estate. PCSO Quinn returned to the estate later in the evening with PCSO Murray and conducted high visibility pro-active patrols. The NRT have also been on the estate conducting their high visibility patrols. These were done at various times throughout the day.

23.02.12 - Neighbourhood Responce Team spoke to 2 males on the St James St Estate who were drinking in the street. Alcohol disposed of and names recorded for future patrols.

24.02.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today engaging with young children on the junior PCSO scheme. Afterwards he conducted high visibility patrols of the area.

27.02.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the estate.  These patrols were conducted at 3 separate times throughout the day. These patrols included a visit to the Boughen centre to speak to local residents to discuss local issues and on one occasion he called into the St Leger housing office to speak to housing officers.

28.02.12 - 8 PCSO's patrolled the estate to deliver post Neighbourhood Alliance leaflets to every household on the Balby Bridge Estate. Numerous members of the community engaged with by the PCSO's.

01.03.12 - PCSOs Quinn, Rogers and Murray have today completed a door  knock of Hatfield house to help identify and issues that are affecting the quality of lives for the tenants.

02.03.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate this morning and conducted high visibility patrols. He has also called and spoken to staff at St Leger homes. This was done throughout his shift pattern of 8am-5pm. He has then participated in the Junior PCSO Scheme with PC Woods.

05.03.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the estate.  These patrols were conducted at various  times throughout the day. One of these patrols involved the officer calling  into the St Leger housing office to speak to housing officers.

06.03.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting high visibility bike patrols of the estate with a cyclist from the Fire service.  He also returned the estate in the evening with PCSO Murray and completed floor by floor patrols of both Silverwood and Hatfield house.

08.03.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting high visibility bike patrols of the estate with a cyclist from the Fire service.  He also returned the estate in the evening and spoke to several residents of Hatfield house.

09.03.12 - PCSO QUINN and PC Wood have this evening been on the estate with the Junior PCSOs  and the South Yorkshire Young Leaders to perform an estate walk. This has been done in order to identify an area for a Community Clean up, which is taking place next Friday.

13.03.12 - PCSOs Quinn and an officer fro South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue have been on the estate conducting patrols on their bikes. These patrols were completed to assess   and identify any fire risks on the estate.

14.03.12 -The NRT have been very active today completing patrols on the estate on four separate occasions throughout the day. These completed patrols of some of the blocks on the estate.

15.03.12 - PCSO Quinn and PCSS Featherstone have been on the estate this afternoon conducting  patrols. During this patrol they also called into the St Leger Housing Office, in Sandbeck House to speak to St Leger housing officers. The NRT have also been on the estate conducting patrols of the high rises.

16.03.12 - Members from your SNT have been on the estate this evening  completing a Community Clean Up on the estate with the Junior PCSOs, Police Cadets and the Fire Service Cadets. During this community clean up they completed a litter pick and replenished the planters and flowerbeds on the estate with new plants etc.

17.03.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate at various times throughout the day today during his shift pattern of 12pm-10pm. Patrols were conducted with PCSO Murray. Information was also received that some of the plants and flowers that were placed in the flowerbeds had been removed and thrown all over the flowerbeds. These were replaced by PCSO Quinn straight away. He also spoke to the concierge and asked them to monitor the area.

19.03.12 - The NRT have been on the estate conducting patrols of the high rises. These were completed at various times throughout.

21.03.12 - The NRT have been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the area and the high rises. These were completed at various times throughout the day. PCSO Quinn has also been on the estate conducting patrols of the area. He also attended the Balby Bridge TARA with PCSO Murray and Sgt Simpson. The NRT have been providing a presence on the estate today by completing high visibility patrols of the area. These included patrols of Silverwood and Hatfield House. They also confiscated  alcohol off of two males in the area.

22.03.12 - The NRT have been patrolling the estate today during the early hours. They also responded to an alarm that had been going off in the area. There was no sign of damage at the scene.

23.03.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the area.  He also called into the St Leger Housing Office to speak to staff about issues on the estate.

26.03.12 - PCSO Quinn has been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols of the estate on his bike. During this patrol he also spoke to St Leger homes staff in Sandbeck house. He also visited the Boughen Centre and spoke to the local residents.

27.03.12 - PCSO Quinn has been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols of the estate on his bike. These were completed at various times throughout his shift of a 8am-5pm.

28.03.12 - This priority has been changed for the forthcoming month to Anti-Social Behaviour, Silverwood House and immediate area.

29.03.12 - PCSO Quinn today has visited staff of St Leger Homes in the Sandbeck House housing office to discuss issues on the estate.

30.3.12 - PCSO Quinn has been taking part in the Junior PCSO scheme on St James St.

01.04.12 - The NRT have been in the area this evening conducting pro-active patrols of the area. During these patrols they have also included the  Silverwood  and Hatfield House tower blocks

04.04.12 - PCSO Quinn has today called into the Boughen Centre to speak to local residents and listen to any concerns that they have about the estate. He also patrolled the estate earlier in the day with PCSS Featherstone. The NRT have also been in the area conducting their pro-active patrols throughout their shift pattern.

06.04.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate throughout the day. He has called at the St Leger Homes Office to speak to staff. The NRT also patrolled the estate during their shift rota.

07.04.12 - Various patrols have been conducted today by  the NRT. A group of young males were spoken to outside the old Fitzwilliams  Arms pub, after it was found to be insecure.  Their details were taken and referrals have been made to partnerships agencies about their behavior.  Patrols were also made of the high-rise blocks.

08.04.12 - The NRT have today been conducting pro-active patrols of the whole estate. During these patrols, extensive patrols were carried out in the high-rise blocks.

26.01.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate conducting high visibility patrols on his bike, during this patrol he spoke to officers in the ST Leger housing office in Sandbeck House. He later returned with PCSO Murray later in the evening.

27.01.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate conducting high visibility patrols on his bike, during this patrol he spoke to an officer from St Leger Homes who was conducting home visits on the estate. He later returned with PCSO Murray later in the evening.

30.01.12 - PCSO Quinn has today called into the Boughen Centre and spoke to local residents of the estate. This was so that they could raise any issues and concerns that they had. This was completed during his shift pattern of 8-5

31.01.12 - The NRT have been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols in their CCTV vans. Theses were completed at various times throughout the day.

01.02.12 - PCSO Quinn has today been conducting high visibility patrols of the estate on his bike. These were completed during a tour of duty of 8-5. The NRT were also in the area during their shift patterns conducting their routine patrols. These were completed at 3am, 9.40am, 3.30pm and 8.30pm.

03.02.12 - PCSO Quinn and an officer from DMBC today conducted a door to door in the block of Serlby house. this was to try and discover what issues were affecting the local residents

He also attended the youth club at the children’s centre and conducted a floor by floor patrol of Silverwood House. This was completed during his shift pattern of 1pm-10pm. The NRT have also been patrolling the estate at various time throughout the day and night.

08.02.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate at various times today though his shift pattern of 1pm-10pm. Three males who appeared to be drunk were spoken to and escorted off of the estate, after their names were taken. A floor by floor patrol of Silverwood House with PCSO Taylor. The NRT have also been patrolling the estate and during this time they spoke three people who were thought to have been sleeping rough on the ground floor of one of the high rise blocks. All of there names were taken by officers.

09.02.12 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate at various times today though his shift pattern of 1pm-10pm. The NRT have also been patrolling the estate at various time throughout the day and evening.

10.02.12 - PCSO Quinn and PC Wood  have on the estate today taking part in the Junior PCSO scheme with children from the estate.

14.02.12 - Due to a serious incident occuring in the Urban area, all Officers from your SNT were engaged in other duties this week.

22.02.12 - Due to the reduction in incidents  on St James St It was decided at the PACT meeting to close this item as a priority. Officers will however continue to monitor the area and take the apropiate action where necessary.

27.10.11 - Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Quinn and Police Community Support Supervisor (PCSS) Dishman have today conducted high visibility patrols of the area. During this patrol  a 1litre bottle of alcohol was seized and disposed off.

28.10.11 - PCSO Quinn and PCSS Dishman have today conducted extensive high visibility patrols of the estate. During this patrol, 2 x 1.5 litres of sparkling wine confiscated from a group of adults who were sat on the children’s play area. PCSO Quinn, PCSS Dishman and PC Robb returned to the area later in the evening. During this patrol, they confiscated 1 x 1 litre and 1 x 3 litre bottles of cider. One male was also arrested after being issued a section 27 notice to leave the area and then breaching it.

31.10.11 - Today all the staff from the SNT have had their leave cancelled to work during this busy period. Because of this high visibility patrols have been conducted in all of the hotspot areas. This was done as part of a planned police operation call “Anticipate”.  Staff have been working through until 4am.

14.11.11 - Today your Hyde Park SNT has launched  Neighbourhood Alliance on St James St. Neighbourhood Alliance is a Doncaster based initiative that involves all the major partners within the borough and lasts for three weeks.  The initiative has been running for two years and focuses on engagement, improvement and enforcement.  Staff from the SNT have also conducted two search warrants at problem addresses on the estate. PCSO Quinn has also been conducting high visibility patrols with the Fire Service.

15.11.11 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the area. The mounted section has also been on the estate with the horses conducting patrols. The NRT have also been on the estate patrolling. These patrols were conducted at approx 3pm.

These patrols were conducted at approx 10.30am, 1.15pm, 2.30pm, and 10pm.

22.11.11 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate conducting high visibility patrols of the whole area. He also completed a joint visit with St Leger Home s to an address on the estate.

23.11.11 - It was decided at the PACT meeting this evening that this priority would be retained for another month. It was also decided to incorporate rough sleepers in the high rises.

 23.11.11 - The NRT have been on the estate this morning patrolling with their CCTV van. This patrol was completed at approx 3.15am. PCSO Quinn and SYFR have also been on the estate all day conducting high visibility proactive patrols of the area and engaging with local residents.

24.11.11 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate conducting high visibility patrols of the whole area. He also completed a joint visit with St Leger Home s to various addresses on the estate.

25.11.11 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate conducting high visibility patrols of the whole area. The NRT has completed patrols of the area as part of Neighbourhood Alliance. This patrol was completed at approx 10.30am.

This is an operation that involves the safety of young people on the estate and signposting them to activities that are taking place on the estate over the Alliance period. It would also involve taking the vulnerable to a place of safety or their home address. These activities include the youth club, arts and crafts courses, sports events etc. Other officers from the SNT have also been working until 4am. During these patrols they also confiscated 2 x 500ml cans off of people that were on the shop fronts. This alcohol was then poured away.

05.12.11 - PCSO Quinn has today been in the area conducting high visibility patrols of the area on his bike. These were completed from 10am -12pm. The NRT have also responded to a call from a member of the public after a rough sleeper was thought to be in Firbeck House. A full search of the block was completed  and no one was seen at the time of the patrol. This patrol was completed at approx 2am.

06.12.11 -PCSO Quinn has been in the area during today and conducted extensive patrols of the area on his bike. The NRT have also been attending the estate to conduct patrols of the high-rise blocks and the surrounding area. Their patrols were conducted on two separate occasions today and these times were  apporx 12.30am and again at approx 7.45pm.

07.12.11 - PCSO Quinn has attended an unrelated incident on the estate with other officers. He has also spoken to St Leger Homes staff about any issues that may be occurring on the estate and has completed a home visit with a member of staff. The NRT have been completing high visibility patrols of the whole estate, which include responding to calls from members of the public about people sleeping rough and noise nuisance. During these patrols a male and female were found in one of the blocks sleeping rough and were requested to leave the block in question. These patrols were completed at 2am, 10.55am 9.20pm and 10.55pm

08.12.11 - Officers from your local SNT have been completing patrols of the area today by working a split shift system. Some officers worked an 8-5 shift while some officers completed a shift of 10am-10pm.  This was to ensure that high visibility patrols were available in the PACT priority areas. The NRT were also available throughout the day and completed a patrol of the estate at the following time of 12.50am. These patrols were predominately completed in the high-rise blocks on the estate.

09.12.11 - Officers from your local SNT have been completing patrols of the area today by working a split shift system. Some officers worked an 8-5 shift while some officers completed a shift of 10am-10pm.  This was to ensure that high visibility patrols were available in the PACT priority areas.The NRT have also been patrolling the estate.

These were completed at the following times throughout the day 1.40am, 3am, 11.25am, 1.30pm, 7.30pm and 9.30pm. Other officers from the SNT have also been completing proactive patrols of the area during their shift pattern of 3pm-4am. PCSO Quinn and Bussay have also been on the estate completing patrols of all of the high-rise blocks. During these patrols 2 x 500ml cans of super strengeth lager were confiscated and poured away from a male and female on the estate.

14.12.11 - The NRT have been on St James St today conducting a proactive patrol of the estate and have included patrols of the high-rise blocks. This patrol was completed at the following time 0.245am. PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting patrols and during this patrol he spoke to officers at the St Leger Office in the Sandbeck House office. PCSO Quinn also returned to the estate with PCSO Bussay and conducted conducted mobile patrols of the area.

 15.12.11 - PCSO Quinn has been completing patrols throughout the whole of the area of Hyde Park. Included in these patrols was extensive patrols of St James St. The NRT have also been in the area conductin patrols of the estate. Included in these were patrols of the high rise blocks to combat the rough sleepers.

19.12.11 - The NRT have been completing high visibility patrols of the estate today. Included in these were patrols of the high rise blocks to combat the rough sleepers.

20.12.11 - The NRT have been completing high a  visibility patrol of the estate today. Included in this was  patrols of the high rise blocks to combat the rough sleepers. This was completed at 3.15am.

21.12.11 - PCSO Quinn and PCSS Dishman have been on the estate today conducting patrols of the area. This patrol was completed at approx 12pm and again at 8pm. During this patrol they spoke to and engaged with a number of residents at the Boughen Centre coffee morning.

22.12.11 - The NRT have been in the area on a number of occasions today conducting high visibility patrols of the area. These patrols were at 9.25am, 11am, 4.05pm, and again at 8.55pm. PCSO Quinn has also been on the estate to speak to St Leger Homes to discuss issues that were worrying them on Balby Bridge.

27.12.11 - The NRT have been in the area with their CCTV vehicles patrolling the estate and the high rise blocks on St James St. These high visibility patrols were completed at 09.50am an again at 10pm.

03.01.12 - PCSO Quinn has been completing high visibility patrols of the estate today. These were completed during his shift pattern of 8am – 5pm. The NRT have been paying attention to the estate today during the following time, 2.30pm, 6pm, 8.30pm, again at 9.30pm

04.01.12 - PCSO Quinn has been into the St Leger office today to speak to officers  to identify if their had been any issues on the estate during the Christmas period. The NRT have also been patrolling the estate. These patrols were conducted at 2am, 2.15pm and 7pm. During these patrols a floor by floor search was conducted in the high rise blocks.

05.01.12 - PCSO Quinn has today visited the office of St Leger Homes in Sandbeck House. This visit was completed after high visibility patrols of the estate were conducted. A floor-by-floor search was also completed of Cusworth house after reports were received of people sleeping rough in the block and fresh graffiti appearing in the stairwells. No one was seen at the time of the patrol. NRT patrols have also been conducted on the estate. These were conducted at 3pm and 9pm. During these patrols another floor by floor search was conducted in the high rise blocks.

06.01.12 - The NRT have been in the area today with their CCTV vans conducting high visibility patrols of the area. These were conducted at 1am.

06.01.12 -  at 21:20 hours, Cooper Street, Hyde Park.  Male seen drinking a bottle of lager on the street in a DPPO.  Officers spoke to the male and informed him that he was drinking alcohol in a DPPO area which is prohibited. 

09.01.12 - PCSOs Quinn and Langstaff have been including this area during their patrols. These patrols were conducted during their shift pattern of 1pm-10pm. Included in these, was a patrol of each floor of Silverwood  House where it has been reported that there are homeless people sleeping.

10.01.12 - PCSO Quinn and PCSS Featherstone have tonight been conducting high visibility patrols of the estate and the surrounding area. During these patrols they also engaged with the children of the estate at the local youth club.

12.01.12 - PCSO Quinn and a member of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue (SYFR) have today been on the estate conducting high visibility proactive patrols of the estate on their bikes. These patrols were conducted from 8am-5pm.

13.01.12 - PCSO Quinn has today been on the estate conducting a door knocking exercise in Silverwood House with staff members from St Leger Homes. This was completed so that we could find out if there were any specific issues that were affecting the resident’s quality of life. The exercise is to be continued in other high rise blocks on the estate at a future date.

14.01.12 - The NRT have also been on the estate conducting high visibility patrols. During these patrols, they conducted a floor-by-floor search of Hatfield and Silverwood House and an extensive patrol of the entire estate.

01.09.11 - The councils Neighbourhhod Response Team (NRT) have been informed via e-mail that this area was now a PACT priority. This was done so that it could be included in the patrols.

02.09.11 - Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) Quinn and Butterfield have been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the area. Included in these patrols was the stairwells of Hatfield House. A check was made of each of the individual stairwells to ensure there was no anti social behaviour (ASB).

07.09.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield have been conducting high visibility patrols of the area. Included in these patrols was Hatfield House stairwells. 

09.09.11 - PCSO Bates has been conducting patrols of Hatfield House Stairwells.

12.09.11 - PCSO Quinn has been in block today conducting patrols of the stairwells. He has also spoken to residents of the local area who expressed their concerns of activities in the area. He informed them that his had now become a PACT priority. St Leger Homes was also visited to see if their had been any problems over the weekend.

14.09.11 - PCSO Quinn and a local councillor today conducted a floor-by-floor patrol of the block. This was completed  at approx 11.40am.

16.09.11 - PCSO Quinn again completed a floor  by floor  search of the block. One item of drugs paraphernalia was found on one of the stairwells and disposed off in a safe and timley manner.

20.09.11 - Today staff from the Safer neighbourhhod Team executed  two warrants at two addresses in the block. Enquiries are still on going.

23.09.11 - Members from the council, PC’s Powell-Casey, Woods and PCSO Quinn participated in a meeting at the Boughen centre on St James St  this evening. this was conducted with the residents of Hatfield house. During this meeting the residents expressed there concerns for certain issues that were happening in their block. This meeting was also an aid to help the residents in possibly  setting up a Neighbourhood Watch for Hatfield House.

27.09.11 - PCSO Quinn has today been into St Leger Homes to see if there has been any issues on the estate over the weekend. This included  Hatfield House.

28.09.11 - It was decided at the PACT meeting that due to the continuing problems in the area that this would remain as a PACT priority for another month.

29.09.11 - PCSO Quinn has today completed a floor by floor search of Hatfield  House. This was completed with representatives of St Leger Homes, DMBC and local residents. This was completed as part of the consultation for Neighborhood Alliance which is coming to the estate In November.

30.09.11 - PCSO Quinn and PC Powell-Casey have today completed a comprehensive floor by floor search of the block. It was noticed that the light on the fourth landing were not working. These were reported to the concierge, in order for them to repaired as soon as possible. they also confiscated alcohol off of a group of youths that were seen on the estate drinking.

 05.10.11 - PC Woods and PCSO Quinn have been on the estate today and spoken to St Leger about  issues that are occurring on the estate. They also returned in the evening and conducted extensive high visibility patrols of the area. Included in these patrols were floor by floor patrols of Sandbeck, Cusworth and Hatfield house. Groups of youths were also engaged with and spoken to during this patrol.

06.10.11 - Tonight PC Woods and PCSOs Murray and Quinn have again been on the estate conducting high visibility patrols.

PCSO Quinn has also been conducting high visibility patrols with the Fire Service.

The NRT have also been on the estate patrolling. These patrols were conducted at approx 11.15am.

18.11.11 - PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the area. The mounted section has also been on the estate with the horses conducting patrols This evening as part of Neighbourhood Alliance, officers from the SNT have been taking part in an operation called “Staysafe”. This is an operation that involves the safety of young people on the estate and signposting them to activities that are taking place on the estate over the Alliance period. These include the youth club, arts and crafts courses, sports events etc. The NRT have also been on the estate patrolling. These patrols were conducted at approx 10.30am, 1.15pm, 2.30pm, and 10pm.

30.06.11 - Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Butterfield has been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols on her bike. These patrols were conducted throughout the pattern of a 1pm-10 shift. 

01.07.11 - PCSO Quinn and Butterfield have requested that the cameras that are in use in the car park to be turned round to the area of concern so that it can be monitored and the registrations of offending vehicles can be obtained. While on patrol they also engaged with a group of males who were in the area with their cars and advised them of the actions that would be taken if they got caught committing an offence. PCSO Quinn has also requested via an e-mail to the council that they trim back the trees and vegetation in the area.

05.07.11 - PCSO Quinn has today requested the help of a traffic  police officers in identifying the cars and males responsible for the behaviour in the car park at the Lakeside. He has also been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols with PCSO Butterfield. These patrols were conducted throughout a shift pattern of 8am-5pm.

07.07.11 - PCSOs Quinn and Butterfield have been in the area monitoring the behaviour of vehicles in the car park. They have also spoken to Premier Inn and suggested that they have their trees and vegetation cut back to help in identifying the offenders.

13.07.11 - PCSO Quinn has been in the area this afternoon conducting patrols on his bike. This patrol was conducted at approx 4pm for one hour.

During these patrols they ensured that the cameras were pointed in the correct direction to monitor the youths who had gathered in the car park. 26.05.11 - The Neighbourhood Response Team (NRT) from Doncaster council have today been informed of the new PACT priorities and are including these in their nightly patrols. Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Bates has today conducted full patrols of Firbeck House. This includes checking each floor to ensure that there was not anyone sleeping rough or commiting anti-social behaviour. These patrols were conducted at various times throughout the day. Community Safety Wardens (CSWs) also completed patrols of the block around 3pm. Again during this patrol each floor was checked.

27.05.11 - PCSO Bates with the help of the CSWs has again conducted high visibility patrols of Firbeck House. PCSO Bates conducted the patrols throughout the day while the CSWs conducted a patrols between 2.30pm - 3pm.

31.05.11 - PC Buddle and PCSO Bates deviated their shift to be on nights to patrol the St James St area in an effort to identify the rough sleepers and to signpost them towards the appropriate agencies so they can seek help. Doncaster Council Community Safety Wardens (CSW’s) conducted patrols around the external area of Firbeck House at 8.30pm

01.06.11 - PCSO’s Bates and Martin delivered letters to all the residents of Firbeck House to advise them that the problems of rough sleepers had been taken on as a PACT Priority. They did this at 4pm and later conducted high visibility patrols at 7.50pm. No rough sleepers were found.CSW's also carried out patrols of the external area of Firbeck House at 5pm.

02.06.11 - PCSO’s Bates, Evans and Martin have conducted high visibility patrols throughout the St James Street area whilst on an afters shift. No rough sleepers were found. CSW's patrolled the area around Firbeck House between 7pm and 7.30pm.

10.06.11 - CSW's and Officers patrol around Firbeck House and the surrounding area at 1pm onwards until approximatley 1.30pm today.

15.06.11 - PCSO Bates has conducted high visibility patrols between 8.15 and 8.45pm. CSWs have also patrolled this area today at 3.30pm for approx 30 mins.

16.06.11 - Members of the team attended a team briefing with colleague’s from the council an St Leger Homes. At this meeting St Leger Homes stated that they had spoken with 2 homeless people who they had discovered in the block. They offered to refer these people through to the Homeless dept. This offer was refused, so st Leger Homes are seeking a court injuction against these individuals. CSWs have been including this block of flats in their daily patrol routine. Today the patrol was conducted for 1 hour between 8.30pm and 9.30pm. 

17.06.11 - PCSO Bates has today been in the area conducting high visibility patrols. He has also been gathering intelligence, with regards to the people responsible for sleeping rough in the block. CSWs have been including this block of flats in their daily patrol routine. Today the patrol was conducted for 1 hour between 8.30pm and 9.30pm.

20.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield have patrolled the area from 10.10am to 11am.

22.06.11 -  PCSO Bates and Butterfield have patrolled the area from 10:15am to 11am.

23.06.11 - PCSO Bates patrolled the area from 8:20am to 9am and 10:30am to 11:30am. This afternoon  the CSWs conducted a high  visibility patrol of the area at approx 2pm.

24.06.11 - PCSO Bates and PC Buddle patrolled the area from 2.30pm until 3.30pm. Once again, this afternoon the CSWs conducted a high visibility patrol of the area at approx 2pm.

27.06.11 - PCSO Bates and a member of staff from St Ledger homes have been completing high visibility foot patrols of the area from 2.20pm until to 3pm. PCSO Bates and a CSW returned to the area at a later time and conducted another high visibility patrol from 4pm until 4.50pm.

Due to the reduction of incidents, it has been decided at the PACT meeting ON 29/06/11 to remove this as a PACT priority. SNT staff will however continue to monitor the situation and take the appropiate action where necessary

We did: 

26.05.11 - The Neighbourhood Response Team (NRT) from Doncaster council have today been informed of the new PACT priorities and are going to include them in their nightly patrols. Community Safety Wardens (CSWs) have been in the area conducting high visibility patrols and speaking to the local residents. These patrols were completed between 1.30pm - 2pm.

27.05.11 -  Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Martin has been informed that since some of the local children had been spoken to, the complaints from the area had been reduced. CSWs have also been conducting high visibility patrols of the area at approx 2pm.

31.05.11 - PCSO’s Bates and PC Buddle patrolled the Chequer Avenue and Thoresby Avenue area whilst on a nights shift at approx 11.30pm. Doncaster Council Community Safety Wardens (CSW’s) have also conducted patrols around Thoresby Avenue and Chequer Avenue at 7.30pm until approx 8pm.

01.06.11 - PCSO’s Martin and Bates conducted a letter drop in the effected area between 8-8.30pm. A shopkeeper was spoken to who advised officers that they had experienced problems with youths playing football outside the shop earlier in the day. The shopkeeper was encouraged to call in further instances as it now a priority and was advised about the next PACT meeting. CSW's patrolled the Thoresby Avenue area and surrounding streets at 8pm for approx 1 hour.

02.06.11 - Several children causing problems in the area have recieved warning letters from the local ABC+ team, whilst other children will also recieve imput from their school regarding incidents which have taken place. After half term PCSO Martin will be doing a school assembly at Lakeside Primary about  Criminal Damage and ASB. CSW's patrolled the area around Thoresby Avenue at 5pm and again at 8pm. PCSO’s Bates and Martin have conducted high visibility patrols in the area between the hours of 8 and 9pm. No youths were congregating near the shops or on Thoresby Avenue.

03.06.11 - CSW's have conducted patrols around Thoresby Avenue and Chequer Avenue between 1.30pm and 2pm .PCSS Featherstone and PCSO Bates patrolled the area from 8.45pm until 9.15pm.

07.06.11 - PCSO Martin spoke to residents in the area whilst on foot patrol at 11.50am with a CSW. Residents confirmed that there were no incidents over the weekend. CSW's have patrolled along Thoresby Avenue and surrounding streets between 2pm and 3pm.

08.06.11 - CSW's have today patrolled Thoresby Avenue and Chequer Avenue at 1pm for approximately 1 hour until 2pm. PCSO Martin and a CSW attended Lakeside Primary school and spoke to all of the pupils from years 3,4,5,6. This talk was about anti-social behaviour, criminal damage and the danger and consequences of fire. PCSO Martin then conducted a high visibility patrol of the entire area at approx 10.40am until 11.45am.

09.06.11 - CSW's conducted patrols along Thoresby Avenue, Chequer Avenue and the surrounding area at 3.30pm till approximately 5pm today. PCSO Quinn, a Community First Officer (CFO) and officers from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue (SYFR)  attended St Peters Primary school and spoke to all of the pupils from years 3,4,5,6. This talk was about anti-social behaviour, criminal damage and the danger and consequences of fire. PCSO Martin has also been in the area conducting house to house enquiries and a leaflet drop. These were completed at the following times, 11am – 11.30am and again at 3.20pm until 3.50pm.

10.06.11 - CSW's and CFO's have carried out patrols focusing on Thoresby Avenue and Chequer Avenue and the surrounding area between 9am and 10am today.

15.06.11 - PCSO Martin and a CSW have conducted high visibility patrols in the area between 8.00 and 8.30pm. During this time they stopped and spoke to a number of youths in the area.

16.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Martin completed a full patrol of the area this evening. During this time they engaged with youths in the area. PC Robb  was also in the evening  with a Special Constable (SC) conducting patrols until 10pm. CSWs have also been in the area conducting high visibility patrols of the area on two occasions today. These were competed at approx 3pm and 9pm.

17.06.11 - CSWs have ensured that they have been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols. These were completed between 6pm – 7pm

20.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield patrolled the area from 11am until 12pm.

21.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield conducted high visibility patrols of the area from 2.15pm until 2.40pm.

22.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield conducted high visibility patrols of the area from 10.35am until 11.30am. 

23.06.11 - PCSO Quinn, Bates and Butterfield patrolled the area through out the shift. At approx 9.30am and again at 4pm. The CSWs have been in the area conducting their high visibility patrols on two ocassions today. During the second patrol they engaged with the local young people in the area.

24.06.11 - PCSOs Quinn and Butterfield patrolled the area from 2pm to 2:30pm. At approx 11am the CSWs have been conducting high visibility patrols of the area. They returned to the area again in the afternoon and during this patrol they engaged with the local residents

27.06.11 - PCSOs Quinn and Butterfield have patrolled the area through out the shift. These patrols were conducted on their bikes.

Due to the reduction of incidents, it has been decided at the PACT meeting ON 29/06/11 to remove this as a PACT priority. SNT staff will however continue to monitor the situation and take the appropiate action where necessary.
